Secure your child’s place in our afterschool spring program with a $250 deposit. (This non-refundable deposit is applied toward semester tuition.)

How to Enroll

  1. Choose your child’s schedule (number of days/week) and payment plan.

  2. Click “Add to cart” to open the enrollment form.

  3. Complete the enrollment form (select your preferred days) and select “add to cart” again

  4. You will then see a payment screen for the deposit

  5. Watch for a follow-up email with next steps.

Enrolling more than one child? After adding the first child and submitting their form, use your browser’s Back button to return to this page and repeat the steps for your next child. Your first child’s deposit will remain in your cart until you finish checkout. If you prefer, you can also complete separate orders for each child.

After Checkout

Sibling, teacher, and military discounts will be applied to the remaining tuition balance (not the deposit).

You’ll receive a follow-up email from info@burchfieldtheatre.com with:

  • A breakdown of final cost

  • Applied discounts (sibling, teacher, military)

  • Instructions to complete payment in full or set up monthly tuition payments

No additional tuition payments are due until January 1.

You may adjust your schedule or withdraw before that date.

Transportation Add-On (Optional)

Add our “Transportation Add-On Deposit” (Mon–Fri from local Buda/Kyle schools) to your cart and complete the transportation form to reserve a bus spot.

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at checkout and is applied toward monthly transportation payments.

Tuition & Transportation Overview

If you’re doing parent drop-off (no transportation):

  • Deposit today: $250

  • Monthly Tuition Payments (Jan–May):

    • 1 day/week — $150/month x 5 months

    • 2 days/week — $170/month x 5 months

    • 3 days/week — $190/month x 5 months

    • 4 days/week — $210/month x 5 months

    • 5 days/week — $230/month x 5 months

  • Total for semester (including deposit):

    $1,000 · $1,100 · $1,200 · $1,300 · $1,400

If you’re adding transportation:

  • $25 transportation deposit- your $25 transportation deposit is credited back to you as $5 off each of the five monthly payments.

  • Monthly transportation payments (Jan–May):

    • 1 day/week — $42.50 × 5 months

    • 2 days/week — $85 × 5 months

    • 3 days/week — $106.25 × 5 months

    • 4 days/week —$127.50 × 5 months

    • 5 days/week —$148.75 × 5 months

    Transportation also adds roughly 8.5–42.5 extra supervised hours for the semester, depending on how many days your child attends.

Discounts:

  • $50 off for sibling, military, or teacher families (spread out over tuition payments)

  • $50 when you pay in full!

  • Save 8% on tuition for each additional child enrolled in the same session

  • Email valid ID after checkout for military/teacher discounts

  • Discounts will be applied to tuition payment plan after submitting your form and deposit

      Rest time & Drop-Off: 3:30–4:00 PM

      Class: 4:00–5:30 PM

    • Saturday: 9:00–11:00 AM

  • Supernova (3rd-8th)

    • Mon-Fri Schedule:

      Drop-off: 3:30-4:30 PM

      Class: 4:30–6:30 PM

    • Saturday: 9:00 - 11:00 AM

Transportation

Pick-up is available starting January 6, 2025, from:

  • Elementary:  Buda Elementary, Carpenter Hill Elementary, Elm Grove Elementary, Laura B. Negley Elementary, Fuentes Elementary, Pfluger Elementary, Sunfield Elementary

  • Middle & Highschool: Barton Middle, Dahlstrom Middle, Wallace Middle, Johnson High (Buda), Hays High

  • Valor Charter Schools

Transportation Billing (optional)

Transportation is billed separately from tuition as a monthly subscription. After enrollment, you’ll receive a Square link to add your card and start your transportation plan. Charges are billed Jan 1, Feb 1, March 1, April 1 and May 1. A completed transportation waiver must be submitted before the December deadline for be enrolled in services. This will be emailed closer to the start of the semester.
