Spring Afterschool 2025 Tuition, Payments, & Policies

We know enrolling your child in a program is a big decision, and we want to ensure you have all the details you need before signing up. This page outlines exactly how tuition works, when payments are due, what’s included, and the policies that keep our program running smoothly.

  • Your tuition goes toward:

    • Instruction in acting, singing, dance, and technical theatre

    • Scripts, materials, costumes, and production costs for the November show

    • Small-group environment with personalized guidance

    • Fully staged performances in where every child plays an important role

    • Fair wages for our experienced, dedicated teaching artists

  • Tuition is based on your schedule

    • Monthly Plan – $250-$275 non-refundable deposit at registration, then 5 equal monthly payments on Jan 1-May 1 (card on file required).

    • Pay in Full – Save $50, remaining full tuition payment (after deposit) due on or before Jan 1.

    • Before Jan 1 – Deposit is non-refundable; no further tuition owed.

    • After Jan 1 – Tuition is non-refundable. No refunds or credits for absences or reducing days. Adding a day will adjust tuition.

  • Earlybird

    • Register before our early bird registration date and get $50 off your deposit at checkout!

    Pay in Full – $50 Off

    • Families who pay tuition in full (instead of using a monthly plan) receive $50 off tuition.

    • Just choose the “Pay in Full” option when enrolling.

    • May be combined with one additional discount (sibling, military, or teacher).

    Sibling Discount – 8% Off Each Additional Child

    • Families enrolling more than one child receive 8% off tuition for each additional student, after the first full-priced child.

    • Can be combined with the Pay in Full discount.

    • Cannot be combined with the military or teacher discount for the same child.

    Military Discount – $50 Off Tuition

    • Available for active-duty families with valid ID.

    • Can be combined with the Pay in Full discount.

    • Cannot be combined with the sibling or teacher discount for the same child.

    Teacher Discount – $50 Off Tuition

    • Available for full-time K–12 educators with proof of employment.

    • Can be combined with the Pay in Full discount.

    • Cannot be combined with the sibling or military discount for the same child.

    Note: All discounts apply to tuition only (not deposits or transportation) and are applied manually after your deposit is received.

  • If a Payment Fails

    • If your card on file is declined, you’ll receive an email right away with a link to update your payment information.

    • A $10 late fee will be added for each week the balance remains unpaid.

    • If payment is more than 10 days overdue, your child’s participation may be paused until the account is current.

    Your tuition rate is based on the number of days/week you choose at registration and does not change during the semester unless you add days.
