By adding this $25 Transportation Add-On Deposit to your cart, you are reserving a spot on our routes beginning Wednesday, January 7 and committing to at least one month of service. If you need to cancel transportation, we require three weeks’ notice so we can adjust our routes as needed.
Pricing (per child, based on 17‑week semester)
1 day/week — $42.50 × 5 monthly payments ($212.50 semester total)
2 days/week — $85 × 5 payments ($425 semester total)
3 days/week — $106.25 × 5 payments ($531.25 semester total)
4 days/week —$127.50 × 5 payments ($637.50 semester total)
5 days/week —$148.75 × 5 payments ($743.75 semester total)
Deposit: $25 collected at checkout to reserve your spot. This applies toward your first month, so January’s balance is reduced by $25.
Billing: Transportation is billed as a separate subscription from tuition.
Confirmation: Once purchased, we’ll confirm your route and send a transportation agreement + waiver before the semester begins.

School Closures: Transportation is not offered on school closure days. However, enrolled students are welcome to drop in at the theatre for all or part of the day on HAYS CISD school closure dates by purchasing a Day Pass.

Because route planning takes significant time and resources, please only add this service if you are committed to at least one month of transportation beginning Jan 6. If you are unsure, we recommend waiting before purchasing.
