Your tuition goes toward:

• Instruction in acting, singing, dance, and technical theatre

• Scripts, materials, costumes, and production costs for the November show

• Small-group environment with personalized guidance

• A fully staged performance in November where every child plays an important role

• Fair wages for our experienced, dedicated teaching artists

Tuition is based on your schedule (1–2 days/week).

• Monthly Plan – $175 non-refundable deposit at registration, then 3 equal payments on Sept 1, Oct 1, and Nov 1 (card on file required).

• Pay in Full – Save 8%, no deposit required, payment due at registration.

• Klarna – Available for Pay-in-Full at checkout (separate from Burchfield’s monthly plan, may include a soft credit check).

Families choosing the pay-in-full option can use Klarna at checkout. Klarna allows you to split your payment into installments through their system.

• Klarna’s approval process involves a soft credit check and is separate from Burchfield Theatre’s billing system.

• Klarna is available at checkout for pay-in-full orders — monthly payment plans are handled directly through Burchfield Theatre.

• Before Sept 1 – Deposit is non-refundable; no further tuition owed. Pay-in-Full refunds are tuition minus $175.

• After Sept 1 – Tuition is non-refundable. No refunds or credits for absences or reducing days. Adding a day will adjust tuition.

• Pay-in-Full – 8% off tuition

• Sibling, Military, or Group Discount – $50 off per student (must email before registering for a code)

• Max Discount – Pay-in-Full + ONE other ($50) = maximum savings

• Sibling, Military, and Group discounts cannot be combined with each other.

If a Payment Fails

• If your card on file is declined, you’ll receive an email right away with a link to update your payment information.

• A $10 late fee will be added for each week the balance remains unpaid.

• If payment is more than 10 days overdue, your child’s participation may be paused until the account is current.

Your tuition rate is based on the number of days/week you choose at registration and does not change during the semester unless you add days.

2. Choose your preferred days per week from the dropdown menu.

3. Add to your cart and complete enrollment form

4. Choose your specific days on the form (Mon-Fri)

5. If applying a discount, make sure to contact us first for a code before completing checkout.

6. Complete checkout.

7. We will send out a welcome email before the program starts! If you chose the monthly plan, we will send a follow-up invoice within a few business days.
