Transportation Add-On Service
Need reliable after-school transportation? We provide pick-up from Buda and Kyle public schools (elementary, middle, and high school) as well as Valor charter campuses in our personal vehicles and vans — just look for the Burchfield logo on the sides!
By adding this $50 Transportation Add-On Service to your cart, you are reserving a spot on our routes beginning Wednesday, January 7 and committing to at least one month of service. If you need to cancel transportation, we require three weeks’ notice so we can adjust our routes as needed.
For Heathers: Teen Edition: Transportation is available Mondays & Wednesdays (2 days per week).
Cost: $85/month, billed Jan 1, Feb 1, March 1, April 1, May 1 (5 payments).
Deposit: $50 collected at checkout to reserve your spot. This applies toward your first month, so January’s balance is only $35.
Billing: Transportation is billed as a separate subscription from tuition.
Confirmation: Once purchased, we’ll confirm your route and send a transportation agreement + waiver before the semester begins.
Service Dates: Runs Mon & Wed, Jan 7 – May 6, 2026 (Spring Break week off).
School Closures: Transportation is not offered on school closure days. However, enrolled students are welcome to drop in at the theatre for all or part of the day on:
Monday, Jan 5 (Audition Workshop – $75)
Monday, Jan 19 (All-day care – included in tuition)
Monday, Feb 16 (All-day care – included in tuition)
Monday, Apr 6 (All-day care – included in tuition)
Important Note:
Because route planning takes significant time and resources, please only add this service if you are committed to at least one month of transportation beginning Jan 7. If you are unsure, we recommend waiting before purchasing.
