What Happens Next:

  • You’ll receive a welcome email with the parent packet and semester calendar before classes begin on August 25th.

  • If you chose transportation on your form, we’ll follow up with an invoice from Square to set up your subscription. You’ll need to add a valid credit card to secure transportation services starting the week of August 25th.

Schedule

Choose 2–5 days per week (Monday–Saturday) — We recommend at least 3 days/week!

Dates: August 25 – December 12, 2025 (15 weeks; no classes Thanksgiving week)

Mon–Fri:

  • Drop-off: 3:30–4:30 PM

  • Class: 4:30–6:30 PM

Saturday Class:

  • 9:30–11:30 AM

Tuition (15 weeks, based on days/week)

  • 2 days/week: $1450 → $1334 (save $116)

    60 class hours | 12–30 production hours

  • 3 days/week: $1500 → $1380 (save $120)

    90 class hours | 12–30 production hours

  • 4 days/week: $1550 → $1426 (save $124)

    120 class hours | 12–30 production hours

  • 5 days/week: $1600 → $1472 (save $128)

    150 class hours | 12–30 production hours

What’s Included in Tuition

  • 60–150 class hours (depending on days/week) and 12–30 production hours

  • Training in acting, singing, dance, and technical backstage work

  • Mentorship from professional theatre educators

  • All rehearsal materials and performance participation

  • Two fully staged productions:

    • October 2025: Murder Mystery play

    • December 2025: Addams Family Jr.

  • Saturday Rehearsals:

    • If Saturday is part of your child’s weekly schedule, it will be a regular weekly rehearsal.

    • If Saturday is not part of the weekly schedule, occasional Saturday rehearsals may be scheduled based on production needs, with advance notice to families. All Saturday rehearsals are included in tuition.

Withdraw / Refund Policy

  • Withdraw by Sept 1: Pay-in-Full refunds are tuition minus $275.

  • After Sept 1: Tuition is non-refundable. No refunds or credits for absences or reducing days. Adding days will adjust tuition.

Pick-up begins August 25, 2025, from:

  • Elementary: Buda, Carpenter Hill, Elm Grove, Laura B. Negley, Pfluger, Sunfield

  • Middle & High School: Barton, Dahlstrom, Wallace, Johnson (Buda), Hays High

  • Charter: Valor Kyle, Valor South Austin

Pricing (invoiced separately after checkout)

  • 2 days/week → 4 monthly payments of $94

  • 3 days/week → 4 monthly payments of $117

  • 4 days/week → 4 monthly payments of $141

  • 5 days/week → 4 monthly payments of $165
