Your deposit is part of your semester tuition. The remainder will be split into 4 payments and charged over 4 months (Sept 1, Oct 1, Nov 1, Dec 1) through a Square subscription.

Session Dates: 15 weeks, August 24 – December 18 (not including Thanksgiving week)

  • Regular afterschool classes are still held on Hays CISD closure days (except Oct. 31).

Performance Dates:: Murder-Mystery Themed Play Oct 2-4 | Addams Family Jr. – Dec 12–14

Tuition (Monthly Plan = $275 deposit at sign-up + 4 monthly payments for the remaining balance)

  • 3 days/week for 15 weeks: $1550 total

    • 4 payments of $319 + $275 deposit

      34-58 hours of production depending on ability, age, and casting

What’s Included in Tuition

  • 120 class hours and 34-58 production hours (depending on casting needs)

  • Advanced coaching in acting, singing, movement, and technical theatre design

  • Mentorship from professional theatre educators with industry experience

  • Career exploration and internship opportunities in production, directing, technical design, and arts administration

  • All rehearsal materials, costumes, and performance participation

  • October 2025 fully staged production of a Murder Mystery play

  • December 2025 fully staged production of Addams Family Jr.

Tuition Billing

By selecting this product, you are enrolling in our in-house monthly payment plan, billed through Square as a subscription. Tuition will be charged on September 1, October 1, November 1, and December 1 based on the number of days per week you select on your form.

The $275 portion of tuition is non-refundable. If you choose to withdraw before September 1st, any future monthly payments will be cancelled.

Pick-up is available starting August 25, 2025, from:

  • Elementary: Buda Elementary, Carpenter Hill Elementary, Elm Grove Elementary, Laura B. Negley Elementary, Pfluger Elementary, Sunfield Elementary, Tom Green Elementary

  • Middle & Highschool: Barton Middle, Dahlstrom Middle, Wallace Middle, Johnson High (Buda), Hays High

  • Charter: Valor Kyle, Valor South Austin

Transportation Pricing

  • 2 days/week — $376 semester total → 4 monthly payments of $94

  • 3 days/week — $468 semester total → 4 monthly payments of $117

  • 4 days/week — $564 semester total → 4 monthly payments of $141

  • 5 days/week — $660 semester total → 4 monthly payments of $165

Transportation Billing (optional)

Transportation is billed separately from tuition as a monthly subscription. After enrollment, you’ll receive a Square link to add your card and start your transportation plan. Charges are billed September 1, October 1, November 1, and December 1. A completed transportation waiver must be submitted before August 25 to be enrolled in services.
