What Happens Next:

  • You’ll receive a welcome email with the parent packet and semester calendar before classes begin on August 25th.

  • If you chose transportation on your form, we’ll follow up with an invoice from Square to set up your subscription. You’ll need to add a valid credit card to secure transportation services starting the week of August 25th.

  • Mon, Wed, Sat

  • Tues, Thurs, Sat

Class on Weekdays:

  • Drop-off 4:00-5:00pm

  • Class 5:00–7:30pm (2.5 hours)

Saturday Class

  • 10:00am–1:00pm (3 hrs)

Session Dates: 15 weeks, August 25 – December 12 (not including Thanksgiving week)

  • Regular afterschool classes are still held on Hays CISD closure days (except Oct. 31).

Performances: Murder-Mystery Themed Play Oct 17-18 | Addams Family Jr. – Dec 12–14

Tuition (15 weeks, based on days/week)

  • 3 days/week: $1550 → $1426 (save $116)

What’s Included in Tuition

  • 120 class hours and 34-58 production hours

  • Advanced coaching in acting, singing, movement, and technical theatre design

  • Mentorship from professional theatre educators with industry experience

  • Career exploration and internship opportunities in production, directing, technical design, and arts administration

  • All rehearsal materials, costumes, and performance participation

  • October 2025 fully staged production of a Murder Mystery play

  • December 2025 fully staged production of Addams Family Jr.

Withdraw / Refund Policy

  • Withdraw by Sept 1: Pay-in-Full refunds are tuition minus $275.

  • After Sept 1: Tuition is non-refundable. No refunds or credits for absences or reducing days. Adding days will adjust tuition.

Transportation

Pick-up begins August 25, 2025, from:

  • Elementary: Buda, Carpenter Hill, Elm Grove, Laura B. Negley, Pfluger, Sunfield

  • Charter: Valor Kyle, Valor South Austin

Transportation Pricing (invoiced separately after checkout)

  • 2 days/week → 4 monthly payments of $94

  • 3 days/week → 4 monthly payments of $117

  • 4 days/week → 4 monthly payments of $141

  • 5 days/week → 4 monthly payments of $165

Transportation Billing (optional)

Transportation is billed separately from tuition as a monthly subscription. After enrollment, you’ll receive a Square link to add your card and start your transportation plan. Charges are billed September 1, October 1, November 1, and December 1. A completed transportation waiver must be submitted before August 25 to be enrolled in services.
